      No, entrance fees are not included. However, we offer skip-the-line privileges and pre-purchased tickets at an additional cost for your convenience. Please, keep in mind that “Skip the line” means you can avoid waiting on site to purchase your ticket, as you can obtain it online. However, please note that there may still be a wait to enter the site, depending on the time and the season of your visit.

    • Is a licensed tour guide included?

      No, the tour does not include a licensed tour guide. However, one can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. And we strongly suggest to enjoy your visit with an official tour guide to maximize your once in a lifetime experience.

    • What amenities are provided on board the Mercedes vehicle?

      Our brand new Mercedes comes equipped with WiFi, mineral cold water, ambient lighting and air-conditioning for a comfortable journey.

    • What is the cancellation policy?

      You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that once tickets for the sites are booked, cannot be cancelled and therefore cannot be refunded.

    • Can infant seats be provided?

      Yes, infant seats are available upon request if advised at the time of booking.

    • Is gratuity included in the tour price?
