      The drive is approximately 4 hours each way. However, we make the journey comfortable with a luxury vehicle, Wi-Fi, and a historical stop at Thermopylae to break up the distance.

    • Is there a specific dress code for the monasteries?

      Yes, to show respect, women must wear long skirts and men must wear long trousers. If you are not prepared, don’t worry—most monasteries provide wrap-around skirts or shawls at the entrance.

    • Will we visit all the monasteries?

      There are 6 active monasteries. On this tour, we visit the 3 most significant ones to ensure a relaxed pace without “temple fatigue”.

    • Is this tour suitable for people with mobility issues?

      Some monasteries require climbing several stone steps. However, your driver will guide you to the most accessible ones and ensure you enjoy the best views even if you choose not to climb every staircase.

    • Can we customize the departure time?

      While we recommend 07:00 AM to beat the crowds and maximize your day, this is a private tour, and we can adjust the start time to suit your needs.

    • Can we arrange a licensed guide to walk through the monasteries with us?
